What do you think of Lolicon? - young lolicon

I do not like what they say, is ugly and should not be allowed outside of Japan. I know many people say it's just a picture, but what happens if one of these Japanophiles go too far and for a small boy and tramatizes and poor? What do you say? And if this happens to a child you know or concern? Would you say the child should be for adults?
